Daily Objectives & Goals....
How long am I placed in Training/On-boarding?
7-14 days
What criteria do I need to meet?
"Pipeline" 3 clients (daily) (Pipeline - This means you've established 2-way communication and are working to qualify and set an appt with them.)
Set 1 appointment (daily)
Recite the Presentation to leader by day 7
Attend evaluation meeting with leaders on day 7 & day 14
Keep a positive attitude
What if I fall short on any of the criteria?
Every day evaluate where you are. There are only 3 areas an agent can have a problem with in this business.
1) Getting responses via text or getting through a phone script
2) Getting from a response to an appointment
3) Getting an appointment held to an application
If you are having an issue at any time, the house is on fire as we like to say and you must talk to a leader immediately.
TIPS.....
7am – 4pm shift
CST (all 8am in the appropriate time zones)
7am (8am EST): 50 actions
8am (8am CST): 50 actions
9am (8am MST): 50 actions
10am (8am PST): 50 actions
-it does depend on how many people you get on the phone but 200 dials before 11am should be the floor
11am: Recap
12pm: Your time
1pm: Your time
2pm: Your time
3pm: Conference room training (reviewing a more broader picture, presentations, objections, competition)
4pm: Where am I on my pipeline sheet?Evening hours are so important!
Do whatever you need to do midday to set yourself up for a better evening.Saturdays - you'll need to do at least 75-100 Calls anytime between 9am and 3pm those are the best hours to work. Saturdays are the best to just get your name out there, you may not have a lot of response but you'll be setting up response for Sunday and Monday.
Sunday - THE BEST DAY TO WORK! Do as many calls as you can - minimum 100, and if you want to see HUGE success in your business faster, do 200! Best time to work is ALL day. Especially from Noon to 7pm.
Important Note: In order to ensure access to the free leads that the company provides, your dial count needs to stay consistent with dials every day of the week, and you are allotted 2 Personal/Sick Days during your first 4 weeks if needed. And a total of 4 for your first 13 weeks.
